2019 Summer Chef Series
It was the roasted white chocolate that kickstarted Pastry Chef Megan Williams’ Mocha Bananza Premium Goo Goo. Zephyr Caramel chocolate is one of her favorites because, “it’s fun and unique, and so pretty!” Since Williams works with such adventurous menus and various cuisines at etch and etc., she knows comfort food for dessert is a perfect complement. Mocha Bananza draws from the flavors of her Ice Cream Sundae, using brown butter blondies, banana jam, coffee ganache, and candies pecans as the scrumptious filling.
Mocha Bananza is a tasty mix of brown butter blondies, bananas, candied pecans, salted caramel, coffee ganache in a roasted white chocolate shell. Available for a limited time.
