2019 Summer Chef Series
Based off of one of her own creations as pastry chef at Josephine, Kayla May created the Raspberry Earl Grey Goo Goo by combining the sweetness of summer berries with the floral notes of Earl Grey tea. Why tea, you ask? That comes from memories of backpacking through Europe with her sister where she was introduced to a London Fog drink—basically an Earl Grey tea latte with a bit of vanilla. This new confection is made of Earl Grey tea milk chocolate ganache, vanilla bean nougat, Willa’s Classic shortbread crumbles, Arrington Vineyard raspberry wine jam, and milk chocolate. Available for a limited time.
