Shipping Schedule

With such a small team, we make every effort to fill orders that are received prior to 12 noon Central Standard Time on the same day the order is placed, Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursdays before noon will only ship if the Overnight option has been selected. Any other selected shipping methods will not be sent out until the following Monday, this ensures that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in delicious condition. We do not ship on Fridays.

Weekends / Holidays / Summer:
All orders are shipped via standard FedEx ground and USPS (with certain exceptions during warm weather) and generally arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the time they leave our warehouse in Tennessee, depending on the final delivery destination. Shipments are processed Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays and the summer season. Please note that the day your order is placed is not a part of the estimated delivery time frame. During the warmer months (typically April through October), packages scheduled to ship on Thursday will be held until the following Monday with the exception of Overnight shipping to ensure minimal time in transit (read: melting!). We reserve the right to make logical decisions regarding weather conditions so your candy order arrives in the best possible condition.

We cannot accommodate requests to hold placed orders for future ship dates. Please double check all address information on orders prior to submission as you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information. 

Shipping Charges

Overnight (Express): 
For even faster delivery, we offer a variety of express shipping options. The additional fees incurred will be calculated at the time of your order. Please be advised, if choosing the Overnight shipping option when placing an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday (see Shipping Schedule above). The Overnight option does not include Saturday and Sunday deliveries.

Warm Weather Policy:
Our chocolate products are best kept in temperatures 72 degrees or below, so summer heat is not our friend. For the months of April - October, when temps are over 72 degrees, we automatically package the products in insulated shippers with cold packs to help protect the chocolate from melting. These materials are guaranteed to protect the product between 24-48 hours, depending on the temperature levels outside of the container. 

Due to the transport times from our facility in Tennessee to several states, we cannot allow ground transport, due to the certainty of melting. At checkout, if you choose a state that is in a zone with an estimated transit time of 2 or more days via standard ground shipping, the system will automatically force a 2-day shipment. During extreme heat (85+), please note that we highly suggest choosing Overnight shipping as we have found that even 2-day transit to some locations is too long for real milk chocolate to survive. 

International and APO Shipments

Currently we are only able to ship internationally to Canada and APO addresses. Our hope is that one day Goo Goo® Clusters will be easily available worldwide.
For inquiries on Canadian and APO shipments, please email with the merchandise and quantity desired, and shipping address for an estimate. Please be aware that certain items may not be permitted to ship through customs in some countries. Goo Goo® Cluster, LLC will not be responsible for damaged chocolate shipped overseas or tariffs and taxes from the receiving country. Please double check all address information, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Chocolate is not a returnable good. To obtain a refund on any other Goo Goo purchases, the original merchandise, delivery box, packaging materials, and all box contents are required. Please email or call (855) 246-6466 to request a refund or exchange.
