Shipping Schedule

We make every effort to fill orders that are received prior to 12 noon Central, Monday through Friday, on the same day the order is placed. However, we cannot guarantee your order will ship on the same day it is placed, especially if placed on a weekend, holiday or during the Summer and Christmas seasons. All orders are shipped via standard UPS ground service (with certain exceptions during warm weather) and generally arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the time they leave our warehouse in Tennessee, depending on the final delivery destination. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and the summer season. During the warmer months of the year when temperatures are over 70 degrees (typically April through October, but could possibly be other months as well), packages scheduled to ship on Friday will be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit. We reserve the right to make logical decisions regarding ship date based on weather conditions to ensure candy orders arrive in the best condition possible. We cannot accommodate requests to hold placed orders for future ship dates. Please double check all address information for your orders. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Charges

Our flat-rate standard ground shipping is only $12 per valid shipping address for ground service within the contiguous 48 states. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii there is an additional charge. EXPRESS – For even faster delivery, we offer a variety of express shipping options. Additional fees apply and the cost is calculated at the time of your order. Please be advised, if choosing the “overnight” shipping option when placing an order on a Friday, your shipment will not arrive until Monday. The overnight option does not include Saturday deliveries. *WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY * We work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in good condition. During the warmer months when temperatures are over 70 degrees (typically April – October, but could possibly be other months as well), all candy orders are sent using insulated shippers and cold packs to help keep the chocolate from melting via ground transportation. This solution is only $10 per shipment of candy, and will be applied to your order at checkout during warmer periods of time (temps forecast over 70 degrees). Please note: Due to the long transport times from our facility in Nashville to the following states, we must implement a required 2-day ship during warmer weather to ensure the candy arrives in good condition – WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, WY, MT.

 

International and APO Shipments

For inquiries on international destinations and APO shipments, please email ggcorders@googoowoocom.wpengine.com. Cost will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please be aware that certain items may not be permitted through customs in some countries. Goo Goo will not be responsible for damaged chocolate shipped overseas. Please double check all address information for your orders. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

PO Boxes

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes since our preferred carrier UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address upon checkout.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Please email or call to obtain a refund or exchange an item. Depending on circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box it was delivered in, packaging materials and all box contents.
