By now I’m sure you’ve heard the news that nearly every industry is currently experiencing significant supply chain delays and labor challenges. Everything from ingredients to packaging materials have been impacted over the last several months, all of which has dramatically affected our ability to get product into your hands.
Due to the issues mentioned above, you’ve probably noticed that many of our most popular items are currently out of stock. Our team has been working diligently to find solutions, but despite our best efforts, we still may not be able to deliver the holiday offerings you’re accustomed to.
But we aren’t giving up! We’ll continue on our quest to solve these challenges, and do our best to make products available again as soon as possible. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and flexibility as we work through this, and would love to offer up a few suggestions:
- In the event your favorite classic Clusters are out of stock, please try something new! Our Premium, made-by-hand Goo Goos are unique and delicious. Our coffees and hot cocoas make great Christmas gifts, and our Lil' Goos are the perfect stocking stuffer!
- Give the gift of an experience! Whether it’s tickets to one of our hands-on chocolate classes in Nashville, or a gift card that the recipient can use to 'Design Your Own' custom Goo Goo on our website, experiences make a lasting impression.
- Please order early to make sure your gifts, whether for yourself or a loved one, arrive on time. Shipment carriers are already experiencing delays and they project these to worsen as we get closer to the holidays.
- Local to Nashville? Our downtown retail location, the Goo Goo Chocolate Co., has reopened after a 6-month renovation and is a great place to shop to avoid shipping delays. We have some goodies there that you can’t find anywhere else, or even on our online store! For more information on the storefront, please visit googoo.com.
As a family-owned company, we are truly so grateful for your continued support. The past couple of years have been difficult, particularly for small businesses. Despite the obstacles, our hearts have been warmed by our loyal fans and new friends. We look forward to making sweet memories together for years to come!
