Chocolate Goo Goo Chip Cookie Bars
Yield: 20-24 bars
Ingredients:
6 Original Goo Goo Clusters, chopped
1 C (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 1⁄2 C light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
3⁄4 C cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
With a mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until fully combined. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, soda, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until combined. Fold in chopped Goo Goo Clusters. Spread dough into greased or parchment lined 10×15 sheet pan or baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely in pan before cutting.
