A quick and easy Goo Goo dessert, this parfait was a favorite from the Goo Goo recipe contest at the Tennessee State Fair. Great for making with kids, the layer-able treat combines brownie, banana, whipped topping and delicious Goo Goo Clusters.
Goo Goo Cluster Parfait
Made with any variety of Goo Goo Clusters
Ingredients:
3 Goo Goo Clusters, chopped
2 bananas, chopped
1 container of mini brownies (like Brownie Bites), chopped
Chocolate fudge
Cool Whip
Directions:
In a cup, first layer a teaspoon of chopped brownie, then chopped bananas. Scoop cool whip on top and finish with chopped Goo Goo Clusters.
