Cole Miner’s Surprise

Inspired by his West Virginia roots, Nashville Chef Hal Holden-Bache of Lockeland Table named this collaboration after his young son. Made with fig & molasses jam, smoked pecans, and caramel in dark chocolate- with a sprinkle of West Virginia salt.
