Job Title: Confectionery Kitchen Assistant

Full-Time
$14/hr to start plus benefits

Open kitchen in a retail environment focused on the overall customer experience seeking highly organized and enthusiastic candidate with previous kitchen experience, pastry or confectionery preferred. Unique, fast-paced fun environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Daily preparation and production of candy product and packaging for retail sales; maintaining consistency and quality of product
• Receiving, unloading and storage of ingredients
• Upkeep/Cleanliness of kitchen to meet all codes inspections and requirements

Qualifications:
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to interact with the public while multi-tasking
• General knowledge of basic sanitation guidelines
• Customer Service driven attitude
• Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays
