We’ve been closely monitoring the continuing developments around the Coronavirus situation, and want you to know that our top priority is the well being of our Goo Goo family, including our customers and employees.

In light of these circumstances, and in an effort to reduce the potential spread of the virus, effective today March 17, 2020, the main entrance of the Goo Goo Shop & Dessert Bar will be closed to the public until further notice. That said, we are still OPEN for business and encourage you to:

• Order on googoo.com — FREE standard ground shipping for orders of $50 or more
• Curbside service from the Goo Goo Shop, (615) 490-6685, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday-Thursday
• Order through our delivery partners, Postmates and UberEats

We have also postponed all ticketed, Behind the Bar hands-on chocolate experiences for the remainder of March, in an effort to further protect our guests and our team. While there have been no known cases of COVID-19 in connection to our retail location, we believe restricting access to our space is the right thing to do.

In these unprecedented times, there’s no playbook, and we’re trying to make the best decisions we can as the landscape changes from hour to hour. We will continue to monitor the guidance from the Metro Public Health Department and the Tennessee Department of Health. Updated information will be posted on our website, circulated on our social media platforms @googooclusters, and sent out via our e-newsletter.
