Pitmaster Pat Martin of Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint collaborated with us to create a Premium Goo Goo with some very unique flavors and ingredients. Meet the Whole Hog, made with spicy pig fat-candied smoked pecans, sorghum fig jam and molasses nougat in a milk chocolate shell sprinkled with sea salt.
