101 years after the creation of the Goo Goo Cluster, we’re pleased to announce our first retail store!

The Goo Goo Outpost is located on the grounds of Fontanel in North Nashville. For those not familiar, the Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame member Barbara Mandrell. The home is situated on a 136-acre property nestled in the rolling hills of Whites Creek Valley just 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.

In addition to the mansion and the Outpost, the property includes performance venues the Woods Amphitheater and the Studio Gallery, as well as family friendly activities like zip lines, a disc golf course, and several miles of bike and walking trails. The 2013 Southern Living Idea House and Pritchard’s Distillery, both currently under construction on the grounds, are set to open later this summer.

The Goo Goo Outpost, housed in Fontanel’s historical dairy barn, will carry all three variations of the Goo Goo Cluster, a branded merchandise line, an array of nostalgic candies, and a selection of Bravo Gelato’s locally made gelatos, including their new Goo Goo Cluster Original and Chocolate Peanut Butter Goo Goo flavors.

Please join us for our Grand Opening this Saturday, May 18th, where our Goo Goo mascots and Goo Goo girls will be on hand, we’ll have a sampling of confections to taste throughout the day and we’ll be giving out some fabulous prizes to shoppers!
