Goo Goo Cluster is excited to announce that for the first time since the Summer Chef Series inception in 2015, a talented roster of local pastry chefs will be featured! The series launches on Wednesday, June 26 and will run through the end of September.
The 2019 lineup includes six of Nashville’s best pastry chefs:
Kayla May, Josephine — The Raspberry Earl Grey Goo Goo
Lisa Marie White, Marsh House — The Regal Cluster
Rebekah Turshen, City House — Tennessee Waltz
Mathew Rice, Pastaria — Millie's Three Flavors
Megan Williams, Etch & etc. — Mocha Bananza
Mike Colón, Goo Goo Shop & Dessert Bar — Rock 'N' Roll Ruby
The new confections will be available for purchase at the Goo Goo Shop in downtown Nashville and online at googoo.com with 10 percent of sales benefitting the Nashville Food Project. In addition to Goo Goo’s own retail channels, some of the chefs’ own restaurants will feature their creations for a limited time on dessert menus or as a grab- and-go item. Flavors will rotate throughout the series, with a new flavor releasing every two weeks, and each available for purchase for at least four weeks. These new Premium candies will be announced on Goo Goo’s social media channels and website as they are launched.
To wrap up the series, Goo Goo will showcase all of the chefs’ unique flavors at Music City Food & Wine Festival on September 20 and 21, 2019.
